 I got my female interest to smoke pot for the first time last night!

It was quite funny. We couldn't find anything worth doing last night, so me and a buddy sat around convincing this girl to try smoking pot with us. It took awhile and a lot of convincing, but she never got mad and never said no the whole time, just kept slamming beers until she was drunk wanted to give it a try (she was obviously drinking at least twice as fast as me and my friend). She got pretty ridiculously high and laughed for several hours straight pretty much.
After several hours of laughing I think it got to be too much on her stomach muscles and she spent awhile in the brig leaned over the toilet. I kept trying to get her to get up to go to bed, but every time I did she threw up a little, so eventually at 4am I left her in there and went to bed. I checked one last time before I went to bed, and her hair was hanging down in the toilet water 
Thankfully she got up at some point and slept on the couch (I don't want toilet water in my bed!). She left at around 9 this morning to let out her dog, and I just woke up again like 30 minutes ago. It was pretty great.
Hopefully next time she'll be more open to it without getting so drunk first (though I could tell she was purposefully getting herself drunk so she wouldn't be so nervous), as that probably had a lot to do with her nausea.

For me it was my still female interest which introduced me to it. I never got quite as smashed as this first time, laughing for hours indeed, straddled in this roller coaster of awesomeness in complete disbelief of what was happening.
But poor girl, alcohol and weed don't go well with everybody, and I just can't imagine what it would be like since it was her first time. Memorable I hope. Even after years of heavy and/or responsible smoking I still have to be very careful when mixing. Otherwise I get this incredible dizziness, like the universe is spinning, together with magnanimous highness, like I smoked an oz of it, and it's a fight between each others. If I don't succeed to completely let go and highness doesn't prevail then I invariably end up head to head with the toilet.

Crossfaded is my favorite combination.
But damn, that sucks that she threw up. Hopefully you can convince her it was the mixture and not the pot.

Ya, I feel bad she got sick, but I think it was probably worth it to get her over that initial nervousness. Next time I bring it up I'll get it with just me and her watching a movie or taking a walk or something so she can enjoy just being high and not drunk as hell and high as a kite.
She had interest in it obviously, but I think was just really nervous to try it. She was purposefully getting drunk to get up some liquid courage, so I guess it was her own choice.

Glad to hear it went well other than the puking. I hate smoking when I'm too drunk and ending up puking.
I used to have big problems with paranoia when I first got into smoking pot. I realized that a very slight alcohol buzz was enough to get rid of that. Eventually I got used to it and I'll smoke without drinking now... Although the two are a nice combo.

Haha, I even had to do the whole lighting it for her thing. I was just busting up laughing about it...I haven't had to do that since I was like 16!

If I had a dollar for every time I've had to work the bubbler for someone I'd probably have like... 70+ dollars. I don't understand what is so complicated about the physics of a bowl, but a lot of people just don't get it.

Really. Covering the carb is not difficult, but every girl I've introduced to smoking for some reason has trouble.

Same goes. I have to cover the carb AND light it for them. A lot of my hood friends who only smoke blunts have the same issue. And the hood people always get FRIED when they smoke the bubbler for some reason.

My bubbler screws me up more than any other smoking instrument... I think the bowl is actually bigger than it appears.. if I smoke a couple bowls out of that thing then I'll be rinsed for a good couple of hours  .
I've had to give up smoking, but its not the end of the world. I'd quite like to get some of the people around here high, but it ain't gonna happen.
I had a bad experience getting some drunk chick high before.. I was at some party and I was blazing (on my own, out of the way).. she followed and wanted tokes, so I didn't refuse. She ended up throwing up violently and then I got accused of 'drugging' her.. consequently got my ass kicked by some prick who refused to believe that smoking & drinking does that shit to you (I was 16 and this guy was 25 & twice as big as me).. they called an ambulance and the police. I chipped before anything more serious came of it, but the chick was fine (and now she hangs out with _my_ friends and actually does drugs.. I'm not sure if she remembers or actually knows what happened that night or what, but I just avoid her).
So as a rule these day, I don't get people who have never smoked before high, i.e. if they're random and don't come across as a stoner, then no dice.

Getting crossfaded is pretty fun, but IME weed and booze is a recipe for barf if you're inexperienced.

I used to have a problem w/ paranoia but I figured out it just meant I haven't smoked enough. If I smoke more it goes away.

This is also after a couple weeks ago where I held her hair back for like 2 hours cause she was vomiting her brains out. Plus, she kept telling me to just go to bed. And it was 4am and I was beat.
And ya, next time I plan on getting her to hit it sober. This first time was just to get her over the initial apprehension.
