Yeah back when i was a fiend and i would blow down while in the shower (i was living with my parents) and the steam from the shower would fuck the blow up.... I never figured out what to do either.

Eh, it's water soluble, so there's no rush. If you are rushed, there's no reason not to insufflate it while wet

its just been sitting in my closet for a couple weeks. and now i feel like hittin it, and its all clumpy and shit. fuck. I would put it in a desicant chamber, but i dont feel like waiting.

spread it out all over your kitchen table so it has mad surface area to dry
crush the clumps with whatever (I use a mortar)
