Perhaps nightmares come from dreams based on faulty beliefs?

(Yea, I know I running the "belief" thing into the ground, but I think it's important)

1. If this is a fact, then prove it.
2. Technically a nightmare is still a dream
3. Says who?

1. Prove that proving anything, profs anything? (And realize how it is done?)
2. Who said anything else?
3. Now that was a hard nut to crack.. (Sorry for the sarcasm.) I would guess; based on the fact that I wrote it: that it was me who said it? ..

Be aware of the fact, AND keep deluding yourself...

False awakenings are common for those who fail to keep dreaming.
