 Armed robber snatches pot stash [STOCKTON]

One man was arrested on suspicion of armed robbery and two other people might find themselves in trouble for a home marijuana cultivation operation.
Two people, ages 19 and 20, were in their home in the 1700 block of East Worth Street about 6:35 p.m. Thursday when a man armed with a shotgun entered their home and grabbed a backpack filled with marijuana, according to a Stockton police report.
The robber then ran out of the house and fired the shotgun into the air.
Officers arrived, and a description of the man was radioed to other officers.
Marquis Fincher, 20, of Stockton was later stopped near the intersection of Bieghle Aly and Milton Street, but the backpack was not recovered, according to the police report. He was booked into the San Joaquin County Jail on suspicion of robbery and held in lieu of $50,000 bail.
Officers also found several marijuana plants at the East Worth Street address. A case regarding the marijuana cultivation will be forwarded to the San Joaquin County District Attorney's Office, according to the report.
