The 80's were my 60's,I love most of it especially the underground stuff that was not popular,this was the beginning of the raves man!

You're thinking of deathcore. Death metal/black metal bands hardly ever have double bass and breakdowns. Bands like job for a cowboy, suicide silence, born of Osiris, etc. etc.
And the technicality and timing of breakdowns and double bass are some of the most insanely hard things to do, believe me. Especially if moving you're feet isn't the only thing you have to do.

This is late 70's but still I like it.The lead guy you know as "pink" from the movie "The Wall",he also married the lead singers ex-wife from the band INXS and fought with him alot,the lead singer of INXS killed himself over this.INXS hailed from Australia.

GOOD 80's music is pretty good (guns n roses, rock n roll) but bad 80s? sucks so much @zz that i need an enema. (i hate cheesy stuff with the synths and modified voices)
ya music today sucks too
the only synthesizer laden song i'll ever be caught dead with would possibly be final countdown, but still...........
