Clustered White Fragrant Mushrooms

Habitat: Found growing in Northern Maryland in my front lawn.
Gills: White gills that are attached
Stem: Stems were only a few inches, they stayed short 1/2in diameter, white color with a bit of brown tinge in places, it was a little thick, but hollow Cap: 3 1/2 in diameter, white/off white with some areas being more brownish, smooth texture, caps seem to start off rounded but as they mature they sometimes grow upward, more convex.
Spore print color: Still waiting
Bruising: None noticed.
Other information: Mushroom does have a pleasant, mushroom like aroma to it, very fresh. Also, I noticed that they mostly grew in clusteres.

I didn't pick the best looking cluster because I didn't want to needlessly destroy them. Although, if these are edibles they're totally going to be eaten :-). They smell wonderful!

I am not sure. Maybe Clitocybe or Leucopaxillus. I bet falcon knows what they are.

I'm not sure what they are, but I agree with Alan that they are probably a Clitocybe or a Leucopaxillus. I'm leaning towards Clitocybe. This link describes some of the characteristics to look for in a Leucopaxillus.

Spore print turned out to be an off white, almost creamy yellow color. Just FYI. I can take a picture if necessary.

Except for the smell it sounds and looks like a good match for Clitocybe robusta.

I knew that you knew what they were. It just took 17 days for you to realize it.
