 shrooming with melatonin

hey can anyone give me any advice if melatonin boosts the trip from shrooms.
Ive heard rumors that it does, can anyone help me out?

Well i can't say yes or no for sure b/c I've never tried mixing melatonin with anything but i can tell you that when i take it at night to help me sleep i can get some pretty crazy CEVs. I also get some OEVs if its dark enough or the moon light is just right. Sorry i can't help you more

I have been taking Melatonin(3mg x 2) as a sleep aid for about a year and a half now, and I can most definately tell you that for me, when I decide to make the ceiling start breathing, by means of mycological witch-craft, I have never noticed any difference whatsoever between the experience with the Melatonin versus without.
Remember, just because a chemical is a tryptamine, that doesnt necessarily mean that it will automatically heighten the effects of other indoles or alkaloids of the same class.
As for growing with tryptamine, I could not say--I have never tried. I believe there was a study conducted in the past, but to my knowledge it has not been replicated in an official lab setting.
Perhaps I will ask Alice, that is; when she is once again 10 ft tall.

This is true, infact sometimes it can actually reduce the effects to a point because it trying to use the same receptors.
Best bet i have found is a MAOI and shrooms, but this can easily get out of hand.
The few times i have done this combo, i took about 5g of Syrian Rue, and 3g of mushrooms.
Tripped for almost 13 hours.
Fun, but i was REALLY worn out after words and slept for almost 20 hours.
DO RESEARCH before you mix MAOI's food and tryptamine like chems. Can be bad.
I fasted for 24 hours, and had a good nights sleep.
Trip was awesome but, i took alot of precautions.
Other option is just a nice bowl or two on the come up, can really enhance the trip, but too much can make it fuzzy.

I usually take a melatonin right before I dose shrooms. I'm convinced it makes the trip mellower, and gives more vivid CEVs. It also makes falling asleep afterwords easier.

yeah i found that i was easier to sleep, i also noticed that drinking a few shots of whiskey really complemented the shrooms. i felt that both had strong effect on the other.
i felt like i tripped hard than what i should have on the 1g i took.
