Marasmius sp.
Edit: or Marasmiellus - I'm confused.

Marasmius sp. is the correct one I think according to the quick search I did...... So they are not active or the Blue-foots? I am from the East-coast and there is like nothing over hear where I am at so I was really hoping these were it!

Take more time looking for pan subs. A LOT easier to find.

Pan subs are easier? I have had my eyes open for those also but no luck. Plus I think they would be harder to find because they are brown and would blend in better no?

Subbs grow in grass so them being brown might make them stand out more, no? Those are not blue foots or a psilocybe. Probably a marasmius as stated above.

Psilocybes have white gills before the spores drop, but once they mature they start to turn a light lavender/purple color, then a chocolate brown/purple color when they are fully mature.
Immature specimens with white gills

Note the ones with white gills on the left and the more mature ones with purple gills on the right.

Find your state on this list, then start researching actives you want to find.

Remember the more you read about the ones you want to find the better your chances are of finding them, also lots of time in the field will help you understand what to look for.

I read the subbs grow in the Fresh lawns but then I read somewhere that you are better off finding them in compost piles and near horse stables and that it is not even worth it looking for them in the grass . I forgot why. I think they said you have less of a chance finding them in just the grass alone or something to that extent and that when they eat up all the nutrients they do not grow anymore. So if I am searching compost and things of that nature then they would be harder to see. But I see your point about! Thanks! So I am about to go hit up the race track down the street and see what I can find maybe if not today then tomorrow. I appreciate everyone's help!

Not even remotely close to a blue foot. You might want to do some research there.

Sadly, everyone has been correct. You do not have the Blue Foot. If by that you are looking for Psilocybe caerulipes you'll need fairly good hunting skills or amazing luck.
Subbs and Gyms are much easier to find.
