 Help identifying garden mushroom

Sorry if this is repeated, didnt seem to post first time!
Hi Guys,
Complete novice here, was hoping you would help me identify the type of muchroom that Ive got growing in the garden. Ive attached some pictures, please say if you need some more. The area that they are growing in is not paticularly dark or damp but is under and around a picnic bench. The grassy area in question isnt very big, maybe 3 metres squared, with some plants around the outside.

Probably a Mycena, but maybe Marasmius.
Inactive, maybe toxic.
