Habitat: Under pine trees on the upper bank of a stream.
Gills: Close, attached, tan in color
Stem: 3-4" in length, around .5" in diameter, creamy yellow with white spots becoming more prominent towards the cap, fairly smooth in texture, solid stem. Veiled.
Cap: Around 3.5" in diameter, yellowish/cream yellow, smooth texture, spherical, nearly flat surface.
Spore print color: Brown
Bruising: None noted.
Other information: Smells mushroomy but the fragrance is so light it is almost nonexistent

good pics, what about Rozites caperata, it may be listed under cortinarius nowadays. Amanita have white spore prints, and stropharia are more of a purple-brown.
