 WTS good poo but short on their orders

I recently recieved an order from wts it is really good poo but I asked for and thought i was gettin 100lbs but only got 40lbs and when I contacted them they tryed to explain to me that it weighed 49lbs but i have the means to weigh and it was 40 but I ordered 100 and paid for that much and they are trying to tell me that is what i get for what I paid but thru all of our pms I was under the impression that it was for the 100lbs i paid for!!!!! Has anyone else had this problem????? I have ordered from nothing but sponsers and never had bad luck until now i feel like I was gipped a little and it took them twice as long to deliver it than what they said also so i wish they would at least not make a person think they are getting something they are not

this is correct.
We sell poo by what it will weigh at field capacity. If you order one unit, it will be 10-12 packed qts. It doesn't matter if its hydrated or not. You will recieve the same volume. If you leave it fluffy one unit will make upwards of 20qts.
Your ordered 10 units of unpasteurized substrate. This should be a minimum of 100 packed qts of substrate. (or 5, 5 gallon buckets packed) I seem to remember hooking you up with an extra bucket too. This should be able to make over 200qts of spawned sub if left fluffy.
