First of all, I would like to say that this is America. This government was founded so that the market system would remain a free market system, and when the liberal policies are forced into the marketplace everyone gets SCREWED!
Now, I'm sure most of you reading this think I'm a crackpot. How could Clinton and all "his majesty" (aka being a complete scumbag for cheating on his wife multiple times while serving as president) and all he did for everyone and the econonmy have royally messed things up?
Do your research! No one looks this shit up and everyone talks out of their ass. You do realize that when you speak about a topic you don't know about you risk sounding like an idiot, which is what you are.
Clinton passed three legistlative acts so tHat people who could not afford a mortgage could get a mortgage, even if they couldn't pay it back. What a great guy, huh?
Then he (he and his administration) pressured Fannie Freddie into buying all these newly-termed sub-prime loans.

Sure, the Fed, who lowered interest rates after 9/11 only sped up this process of issuing loans to sub-prime borrowers, but the damage from the clinton administration was already done, and this would have happened regardless of the Fed.
So it was Bill Clinton who caused this mess.
Why is Wall Street failing? Bill Clinton.
But we cannot forget the most ridiculous, hypocritical, douche bag of all time, Al Gore.
Did he create the internet or did save us all fom the certain doom of a global catastrophe?
Oh wow Al Gore! You're such a swell guy! We are eternally grateful to you for how much you've contributed to world!
What has he contributed to the world? Outrageous assumptions, ridiculous gas prices, and the most extreme hypocrite we can all hate.
In one month he spent more on his energy bill than the average american would spend in two years.

Funny, the article was written in 1999, the same year McCain voted for the Gramm-Leach-Bliley act that made all of this possible.
