Hows it going? I recently sent in an order to ralphsters, but UPS just called me and told me that the address could not be found. I typed in exactly what was listed on the order form. Can someone please tell me the correct address?
I sent to:
Ralph
Box 95493
Palatine, IL 60095 - 0493
Is that a PO Box or what? Where did I mess up? Thanks in advance for the help.

I believe it is a po box - UPS doesn't ship to PO Boxes. Personal Mail Boxes like form the UPS store are a street address and PMB#. UPS will probably have to bring it back to you then you'll need to resend through USPS.
And yes, this should go to sponsors forum, but I figured I'd chime in anyway...

I talked to UPS regarding my shipment, and they told me that the guy at office depot shouldnt have shipped it through UPS since UPS doesnt deliver to PO boxes. And that the package was forwarded to the bank's address that Ralphsters uses in Chicago.
My question is: How is Ralph going to get the order form enclosed in the envelope if the envelope was forwarded to the bank?

How does UPS know what bank Ralph uses? Even if they did, it's not their right to send it anywhere except where you told them to or back to you unless you tell them a new destination. Seems strange to me...
I'd email ralph either pm here and/or email from his site.

i don't know how ralph has it setup, but i heard that sometimes the bank will accept mail for people.
Like lets say that you wanted to start a fund for someone cause they are dying of cancer. Well the bank would open a PO box and then have everyone send it to there and they would process all the payments for that fund directly to the count. It saves time.
who knows...there are many ways to plan things out.
