 Sporeworks shopping cart error

I'm posting this in here hoping it will get fixed quicker. I have been trying to purchase some items from sporeworks today, the AVS is denying my credit card saying it is the wrong address. I double checked, and called my bank. My bank told me it was being cancelled by the website and not by them, and that it was in fact the correct address.
Has this happened to anyone else?

I would think you would have a quicker response contacting sporeworks.
Also, with shopping cart systems, your "correct" address is considered your billing address.

I know. Billing and shipping are the same. I've never had this problem anywhere else. I've tried to call them and everything. No answer, I left a voicemail.

If you have an address teh software doesn't like it can cause this problem.
One thing that really pisses me off though is online retailers that allow you to enter a sepperate billing and shipping address when they won't ship to an address other than a listed/primary address on the card.
I can even understand this when they are illiterate w/ the software, but put your shipping policy on the site. I don't know if anyone here does that crap, but I've encountered it a bunch of times. Its no big deal to update or add an alternate address, however; let us in on your secret shipping policies. Why would you provide an alternate shipping address field, not post policy explaining when such can be used, and then deny orders that use the field?

probably sence your from CA and you cant have spores in CA is why ur credit card is rejected..... even though shipping is NV or OR maybe even AZ. If I lived in CA I would find my own spores though fosho. CA is the best climate to grow. My state is second... maybe not for mushies but in general for everything. lots of different wild ones... cubes will even grow wildy if you teach them too.
