Organic vs regular brown rice flour

Does it matter (will it work) if i use regular brown rice flour, because i had some around the house and just used that, but im pretty sure its not "organic" it does say all natural on the front. The brand is
Bob's red Mill - "whole grain BROWN RICE FLOUR"
http://www.bobsredmill.com/product.php?productid=4008http://www.bobsredmill.com/product.php?productid=4008
Just curious, thanks
Im doing the BRF Tek (pf tek), using these jars because I cannot find anywhere wide mouth jars, and I do not want to wait to order online and pay the extra 10 dollars in shipping.
The jars look like this : http://www.pickyourown.org/images/canningjars.jpg
Thanks

Check walmart especially right now its canning season. You shouldn't have any problem picking some wide mouth jars up.

Boycott walmart. They've done more to destroy our economy, as well as our port security, than any terrorist organization could ever hope to. I haven't stepped foot in one of their stores since the early 80's, so there's nothing you need for mycology that you can't get elsewhere.
Bobs Red Mill is a good product. RR

I went to get my supplies and visit these stores to get my supplies.
Walmart, Lowes, Homedepot, HEB, Worldmarket, and walgreens, ONLY walmart had jars that were the correct format (not going in then back out to the jar lip). They were 7 bucks and I got to take them home that night. I really dont want to order online and pay 10 dollars shipping at amazon then wait for a week and a half to get them.
If I could find them ANY where else around here I would bought them.
Ill keep you guys updated on how these babies go. I dont have a pressure cooker(just reg pot/lids/tinfoil/lids/jars), and Im just following RR BRF tek via videos...which are great by the way
* question I made the jars, holes are covered with micropore tape and have a sheet of tinfoil on top. I already filled the jars up with my substrate 40 mins ago, can I boil/santize them tomorrow or should I do it tonight for better results. I have 5 jars and only ***5 ML left in my syringe. Im not sure if I will be able to inoculate all jars with just that?

1/2 pint wide mouth mason jars are in every grocery store I've ever looked, even small ones. My nearest town isn't even big enough to have a traffic signal, but the local grocery store has a whole stack of wide mouth Kerr mason jars. If I go to the next town over, Safeway has them too.
Don't expect a lumber, or lawn and garden center to have mason jars, they're a grocery store item. RR

My HEB did not carry them, but there is a Randell's/Central market down the street from me.

Hah, you sound a lot like me; I was running all over the place a little while ago trying to get everything. I went to a health food store (for the brown rice flour) a hardware store (for perlite) a nursery (for vermiculite; I'm not sure why they didn't have perlite too) and a supermarket for canning jars. However, I still need to get a pressure cooker.
Anyway, where did you find micropore tape? CVS had a questionable product but I wasn't sure if it was analagous to micropore tape.

LOL, I was at a friends house, and was like "You has pressure cooker?" They were like "Yea, friend randomly gave it to us, never used it, just take it." It only fits two jars at a time, but it was FREE!
