I have no problems at all with ralph, just wondering is it normal for him or any vendor to email you when they've sent the order? i sent mine priority week n a half ago shouldve only took 3-5 days to get there, so just wondering if i will be notified when its sent or will i just open my mail and wallah! very nice and friendly person though, anticipating delivery!
