Howdy, can anyone assist me with which type of agar is best for Agaricus mycelia. I am wanting to grow some blazei and bisporus.
The bisporus is from a store and so i think the main problem is senescence. Does anyone know, which agar is best for senescent strains. At least the blazei is fine but I would still like to know the best agar, eg MEA, PDA, DFA???
