ID cow patty shroom

Hey all went out this morning in my pasture after the good rain yesterday. Would appreciate any help identifying my finds. north texas area

Species #1
Habitat - cow patty
Gills - light grey to black
Stem - brown / white
Cap - whitish grey to golden brown on top
Spore print - black
Bruising - no noticable color change

Habitat - cow patty
Gills - dark brown
Stem - white
Cap - tan with golden nipple
Spore print - dark brown
Bruising - dark brown black

Both are inactive

The top one looks like Pan. antillarum

Top is P. Antillarum. It's inactive, but not poisonous. I find them all the time in a cow/horse pasture I frequent.
