When it comes to producing oysters which is a more efficient method?

Logs are more efficient than baskets. A lot of straw is wasted due to evaporation in baskets. Thats not to say that a huge basket of oysters won't be productive. The bags retain more moisture allowing for more fruitbody formation. You are likely to get contaminated sooner with the exposed straw ends on a basket setup. I have seen some very pretty flushes of baskets on the shroomery though.
