Good exercises and stretches to increase flexibility?

So I used to be in pretty good shape a year or so ago, as I was routinely active in martial arts that involved lots of aerobic stretching and meditative poses.
After graduating from my martial arts school, though, I neglected to keep up a good regimen of stretching. What are some good exercises and stretches that increase general limberness and flexibility? I'm looking for a good routine that I can do every morning after waking up.

The 'ol Surya Namaskara might suit ya just fine....
I like the explanation in my yoga book but if you just want the flexibility you can probably get the directions from just about anywhere.

Just stick with basic stretches... Maybe the same stretches you did when you were doing martial arts?
Just warm up (till you start sweating), then slowly start stretching your arms, shoulders, chest, stomach, back, legs.
Take your time and dont bounce (ballistic stretching causes your muscles to tense up after stretching and you will be more tight when you do the next stretch...) Also its best to hold your stretch for more than 30seconds, remember to breathe.
Have fun!

"The genius of flexability" book literally changed my life. I touched my toes for the first time last year, I really can't say enough about it.
