Where I live, the age that a person can consent to sex with an adult is 14, so an adult can have sex with a 14 year old, unless that adult is in a position of authority or trust over them (then they have to be 18).
I am in my late 20s. I would sleep with 16 year old girls. Maybe even 15 year olds. I do prefer women who are 20 - 25 though.

I meet 17 year old girls all the time. That's the age they are when they start university. They're all over the place.
I've met 15 year old girls at electronic music shows and other such places. It's not at all hard to meet 15 - 17 year old females and I don't purposefully go out to places where I expect the average age of females to be that low, but it does happen from time to time. It's not like once you turn 25 it's impossible to cross paths with a 16 year old girl.
Anyway, I'm just saying that I'd be willing to have sex with a 15 - 17 year old, even though I'm in my late 20s. Given my current position, most of the women I meet are between 17 - 22. As I said, I find 20 - 25 year old women the most attractive, but I don't at all mind that circumstance has made it easier for me to meet and date 18 - 20 year olds than women my age.
