 Shroom Trip - Question

Basically Ill make it really short, I just have a quick question about my trip the other day.
I was with a few friends up in the mountains shrooming and the first 4 or so hours was really great. Then I started to feel like I might be coming down so we decided to just kick it and blaze a bowl. We were about ready to head back to town but we got distracted and just stood up and started talking. Then this really wierd feeling came over me...
I got really hot and tired so I laid on the ground while my friends were still discussing random shit about whats happening with them. I threw up a few times and then I became really light headed, my ears started ringing, and before I knew it I couldnt even see.
I tried looking around but I couldnt see any objects such as the trees or my friends, there was just a bright wall of colors and patterns in front of me. A few minutes passed and I came into touch with reality again and my friends helped me up and I tried to walk down the mountain. But I got that feeling again and I couldnt balance myself and I couldnt walk anymore.. I just collapsed to the ground. I couldnt move, I felt helpless, and I thought I was just going to lay there and die. I was sweating a ton and my friends said I was REALLY pale. I finally got up again and everything was a really bright purple/pink color, I could kind of see the trail and my friends, but it wasnt really like 3D, it was like a flat 2D vision and objects were sort of like blobs, or just shades of colors, kinda like an old school video game. I could like see the pixels.. like on a computer.. I cant really explain it but I felt like I was never going to make it down and that I was about to pass out and die.
Just a bad trip? Has this ever happened to you?

Interesting things can happen when you combine weed with psychedelics. Next time try just the shrooms.

yah man, weed with shrooms are not so good , coz then your heads are working on shrooms, weed blows it up and hard to concentrate, last my times and have not used weed and was very happy

I've had similar effects the day after taking shrooms and then smoking a lot of pot. Minus the puking part you described almost exactly what happened to me. I couldn't see anything except for a blob in the center of my vision that resembled the strobe light I had gone in a trance into the previous night. I was very concerned for about 3-5 minutes when I couldn't see anything at all and I could hardly make out my girlfriend's voice because of the intense ringing, and slowly things started to come back but everything seemed to be 2d blobs of color. What I remember most was one shade of green (I was in a forest when this happened) that was the only color I was able to see, everything else was black or just nonexistant and I couldn't even walk straight. Luckily my GF was there to help support me back to normal, and I even had a good time after.
Whatever happened it was not fun, and I feel your pain. Wish I could tell you I knew what it was that was happening.

Cool man that makes me feel alot better. I guess it is just mixing pot with the shrooms that does it.. because everything was going great for the first couple hours and then just a few minutes after I smoked boom it hit me.
That feeling is scary shit.. And the same thing happened to me again that night. I was sober (probably an hour after coming down) and we went into GameStop. I was just standing looking at games and all a sudden I got lightheaded, my ears started ringing, so I ran out the door (probably looked like i was stealing something) and on the way out my vision started fading. As soon as I made it out the door I just sat down since I was about to fall over. I didn't even know where I was sitting since I couldn't see, so I could have been right in front of the door or in the middle of the street.. lol.. my sight came back just a minute afterward thankfully

relax man you were just white lighting, it happens all the time, weed with shrooms is more than fine, its because you stood up after sitting down munted for ages.
When it happens everything turns white, you break out in a sweat and eventually collapse (most of the time).
After a minute or two you feel fresh

exactly what caused my only bad trip. i was young, i was scared
i still get it on intense shroom trips, near the end. i just embrace it now, but it still feels scary. i don't even know what to call it. probably just a crazy peak i made a thread about it a couple of days ago.

I've had it happen only once, I was talking to someone on here about it a few minutes ago and he showed me this thread. To summarize: Stressful day, thought a lung had collapsed, went to the ER and underwent several long tests. Everything turned up normal. Went home. Very tired, but decided to trip anyway. Had a great trip. Was laying down a lot. Got to a point where I (thought) had come down, and decided to go take a hot shower and go to bed. Bad idea. In the middle of it everything starts going grey, feeling short of breath, INCREDIBLY weak and dizzy. I relax. I don't know how much time went by, probably not a lot, but I woke up and I was on the bottom of the tub crumpled up. I didn't even have enough energy to yell for my boyfriend. It took me several minutes to catch my breath. After that, he drug me out but I still couldn't stand... blacked out again. Threw up several times. Was really, really cold... warmed up with some blankets and a hair dryer and I fell asleep. So, is it just stress induced during a drip, or is this because of the pot?

oh god you didnt fall aslepp with the hair dryer on did you? 
alot of people suffer from this because of their blood pressure levels, others (like stoners ) often experience it everytime they stand up

and then went to eat Chinese food
the food arrived and i fell face first into some sichuan
(not such a hot idea)
then I realized something was wrong and I began throwing money around the table to pay for my part while I got carried out by my cousin and a plain-clothed policeman.to our car

Whenever I smoke weed on shrooms...it accentuates the high, never fucks it up.
Hope I never experience what you all are speaking of, but at least I'll know that it will pass...

i agree with the white lightning theory or perhaps dehydration like Nihlus suggested (maybe a combo of both). i smoke lots of weed everytime that i eat shrooms and thats never happened to me....on weed and shrooms, but, there was this one time when i got the white lightning from too much alcohol and weed, lots of walking and it was hot out (july 4th)
i sat down for a while and when i stood up i got the crazy head rush and i was blind for a good 5-10 minutes(maybe it just felt that long cuz it was fucking scary). my hearing also was like i was under water or sum shit.............................not fun
but weed & srooms is ok in my book
oh yeah, no puking either

haha no, i didn't. i think it was blood pressure levels, plus the hot water... i had gone to the ER earlier, they ran all sorts of EKGs and blood tests, my heart rate was extremely high from the stress (155 bpm) so I'm guessing that was it. I was laying down on the couch for most of my trip... I've had the black out happen on other drugs, and that is associated with blood pressure spikes and drops, but NEVER like this, and never on shrooms.
