hmmmm....
well chewable vitamin C can be interesting...
candied ginger can be very intense...
i have seen folks pull out sliced fresh pineapple at a dead show (but soooo sticky, yes/no?)
alan watts recommended "ancient foods" --- fresh dark bread, sharp cheese, good red wine (well after the peak, i would imagine...)

Really though, whats the deal with acidic foods? Orange juice, lemon juice, various fruits, gushers, starburst all taste absolutely divine.
And if you've never had salt and vinegar chips while tripping, i highly suggest you do.
And then, everything else tastes bland. Various chips, sandwiches, just taste so....average. Like someone pulled out all of the salt.
Anyone here share the same experience? Anyone know why this is?

Fruit, Ginger-ale, and soups are what i generally like to eat...... meats make me trip BAD.....so do high sugar foods.

I once ate 2/3 of one of those giant bags of sour patch kids on some random RC.
Sour patch kids
sour watermelons
sour troli worms/caterpillars/octopus
goldfish
fruit flavored mentos
real fruit
For some reason, sour things really get in my head. When I'm tripping I can literally feel my entire being react to the sour. It moves from my mouth all up into my brain and down my spinal chord. It resonates well with that tingly spine feeling that acid gives you by itself.
