 Acid question

Hey everyone,
I'm going to be heading to a music festival next friday (Mulberry Mountain!) and will be doing acid for my first time.
I usually have a very low tolerance for almost every drug I take--weed, shrooms, ambien, etc.
If I take one hit to start, after an hour, could I take another if it's not a strong enough trip? Or is that a bad idea? I heard that it can feel like its too draining if you do that but I wanted to get some more experienced users' opinions.

it doesn't increase how heavily youre feeling it, usually just for howw long. plus dox's dont kick in til `~the 2 hour mark, and you really dont want to redose any crazy RC's like that or you'll be high above baseline for a day or so

Redosing tends to just stretch out the experience, without really adding a great amount of intensity.
Unless you have rarely strong blotter, taking both at the same time should be fine.

You will be just fine. i took 2 hits for my first time and it was GREAT. And i took the first one and didn't really feel anything(or so i thought) so i took another one an hour later. and i was good to go. Just don't take to many, cuz you don't wanna trip too hard and not like it. so just take it slow and work your way up each time you trip.

You can definitely take another an hour into the experience, but personally I'd just drop 'em at the both time... two hits is usually an easier experience than one for me.

i would wait 2 hours before deciding. set an alarm on your phone to remind you, and if you completely forgot you had it set, you probly already had enough. if you do it like this your trip will last a lot longer, probably all day.
you might be happier with 2 at once tho. ive never spaced them but ive been with a friend who did and he was tripping almost twice as long as i was. i think that it would be too long.

so from what i'm hearing, it sounds like people are saying that 2 is a more enjoyable trip than 1, generally speaking.
Any ideas as to why this might be?
What's the difference between a mild and slightly stronger acid trip that makes the slightly stronger trip easier to handle?

That's not always the case, but basically at low doses you can become really energetic and distracted without ever really being able to let go and drift into the experience because it isn't strong enough.

Personally I like lower doses, But I have trouble handling hard trips.
2 your first time could be pretty intense. I assume you've done some shrooms before.
If you wanna blow your mind to bits - do both. Can't kill ya. Might leave you rollin on the ground going Holy Fuck Holy Fuck for the entire night.

Low doses can have a lot of anxiety without a lot of trip. Low doses of LSD are pretty annoying IMO.

What silly recommendations. First time, start with 1/2.
You can take the other 1.5 an hour or two later.
