"Deep" or "Tribal" electronic dance music.

Anyone want to recommend me some dance-able trance that I'd describe as 'deep' or 'tribal' in sound... I've heard exactly what I'm looking for before, but I don't know the genre name or any band names... the closest I can think of is Rob Dougan (Matrix soundtrack), but his is a little less repetitive than what I'm thinking of, and thus less 'dance-able'. Some psytrance is sort of similar too, especially Hallucinogen (w/ Ott)'s album In Dub, but not as 'deep' or 'tribal' in sound as what I'm looking for.
Someone help!

Younger Brother is good as well if you liked the "In Dub" album.. I am also interested in finding some of what you're talking about...

Phutureprimitive is exactly what I was thinking of when I made this post! Their music was used at a fire-dancing event I attended last year, which is what got my interest in this kind of music going. Thanks a ton!

Phutureprimitive is definitely a good choice.
Some others (and their albums) that are just as good:
Banco de Gaia - Magical Sounds of Banco de Gaia (One of my absolute favorites!) Juno Reactor - Labyrinth Kaya Project - Walking Through and Elixir Eastern Spirit - Lucid Dreaming Astral Waves - Mystique Karsh Kale - Liberation

I'm loving Banco de Gaia... Juno Reactor is good, not really as organic of a sound as what I'm looking for though. I'll check out the others shortly! Thanks

Yes Phutureprimitive is very good - just re-discovering them
& Banco De Gaia is really lovely - sort of grew up to this
also try Entheogenic's 2nd album - my favorite of all
Younger Brother - never really did it for me, some nice moments

Shulman is also great... I wouldn't exactly call it organic, but deep. It is quite easy to get completely lost in. Transmissions in Bloom from his Endless Rhythms album is amazing.

I agree, but his track on that same album "Invention" is better.

There's some fantastic music in this thread... I'd have said Banco de Gaia, but it's already been mentioned. I'd start with their song Desert Wind.

You better appreciate this. It took me 30 minutes and many copy and pastes in the Russian to English translators to find these.

If I was more internet saavy (sp?) I would give you all 4... and then some. If you can find out a way, and tell me how to do it, I will be more than happy to give you all the elctro you could want. Like 25-30 gigs. Not too much, but TONS of variety.

Do you know of any music like this that has non-sampled female vocals (in English preferrably)? Something tribal that would go well with tantric fire-dancing?
Thanks
