some plant that im curiously interested in.. its most likely in my luck.. nothing but id figure id try cuz its been buggin me and i never seen this thing in my garden before..

hah we call it "chinese lantern" in the uk because of its orange seed pods...
get rid of it before it takes over your entire garden, it is highly invasive... it sends out underground runners and spreads like wildfire...

it's not an unattractive plant, the seed pods give some nice late autumn/early winter colour...
but beacause it is so invasive that pretty much cancels out the benefits...
if you want to keep some put it in a big pot and that should keep it under control...
if not, don't compost it because the tiniest piece of root will produce a new plant...
kill it with fire

and good for decorating your house if your into crafts we used to use it during halloween cause it had a cool orange colour....like a leper pumpkin.
