I have always enjoyed Shpongle's first album, "Are You Shpongled?" and Infected Mushroom's Album "Classical Mushroom" and also "The Mystery of the Yeti"part 1 by The Infinity Project(TIP). Of coarse there are many others out there as well, but these are the few that come to mind that were not already mentioned

I love that album. It's very emotional for me.

Jesus, where do I start. Bluetech, Evan Marc, Pitch Black (nz), Shpongle, OTT, Phutureprimitive, Omnimotion, Vibrasphere, CBL, Shulman. Dude, I have got tons of electronica. Take a gander at some them and let me know if you like em. If you're uber interested I'll try to make a torrent.

meat puppets - up on the sun
these dudes are masters of their instruments and they don't have an ounce of pretentiousness about 'em. they are revered by many respectable musicians but unknown to the masses. they've smoked pounds of weed, they trip while recording albums, and while playing live. in fact, they've tripped so often that the doors that lead to other dimensions have been blown off their hinges so that there is a constant flow of creative, silly, mystical, mysterious, supernatural energy flowing into their brains, into their group brain, and into their instruments.
it's my favorite album of all time... i think my top 3 favorite albums are all meat puppets albums.
go buy it! it might take a few listens to absorb it, but whew! it's magical.

really sad all this time has passed, and still no one mentions
squarepusher - ultravisitor.
he came right out and said in interviews he was attempting to psychedelically mind fuck people.

I highly recommend the band Spirit, from their self titled debut album, through "12 Dreams of Dr Sardonicus" to "Spirit of 76" - the latter has a psychedelic version of "Like a Rolling Stone" that blows your mind.
Incredibly underrated and consistently brilliant band.

Great reccomendations in here! We could all probably spend forever suggesting albums so I'm going to keep my rec's to a few:
King Crimson - In The Wake Of Poseidon (complete with the 18:38 long song "The Devil's Triangle")
Acid Mothers Temple & The Melting Paraiso U.F.O. - Myth Of The Love Electrique
Acid Mothers Temple & The Melting Paraiso U.F.O. - Electric Heavyland
Sonic Youth - Bad Moon Rising
Lightning Bolt - Hypermagic Mountain
Sausage - Riddles Are Abound Tonight
Boris - Flood
5ive - 5ive

How have I never heard King Crimson?! I remember my dad preaching about how amazing they were a few years ago, but never really took notice. These guys are awesome.

here's a weird one that nobody i've ever spoken to has heard of:
dreamies
so this dude, back in like 1972, quits his job running a fortune 500 company in order to make music (he know next to nothing about music). so he buys an acoustic guitar, a moog synth and a four-track tape deck and holes up in his family's basement for a year and comes back with one of the most psychedelic albums i've ever heard. its all experimental pop and sound collage. Not entirely unlike the beatles' revolution #9—in fact the sides of the record are called programs 10 and 11, as if in sequence with revolution—except with a tuneful, pop-based approach.
its a really incredible album, full of weird trippy sounds and mindbending song structures. guaranteed good vibes.
