 Help identifying this song (Deep Purple, maybe?)

It's usually very easy to find music containing lyrics... this case was no exception.
Went to Google and typed in: +lyrics +"fear and panic in the air" +"i want to be free from desolation and despair"
The answer was pretty apparent, and I chose the third result to confirm, sure enough the lyrics match up perfectly - and it certainly sounds like Muse to me, from what little Muse I've been exposed to (through the user HB in fact, many years ago  )
The song is Map of the Problematique.

Yeah I'm usually good at finding songs based on a few lyrical keywords, but the thing is that I'm on shitty internet and the video won't load past 15 seconds, so I didn't get to hear any words. Thanks in any case
