The yellow slotches took over the entire jar, stopping all mycelium growth. I am assuming that it is some sort of mold...Does anyone recognise this?? These are with organic brown rice flower & verm. The jars have a diamond pattern in the glass that makes it look kinda distorted. Thanks ahead for any input

never had any contam look like that but def does not look good.....
