It's either cannabis sativa, indica, or the hemp plant (hence the 3 varieties of the cannabis plant).
To sane people, the third variety is obviously the hemp plant, which is apparently legal to possess in this area (and to sell the seeds).
The seeds were obviously of the hemp-producing variety, which really makes me wonder why the writer would leave it up in the air as to which cannabis plant it's come from.
The hemp plant has less that .05 percent THC. The little girl is cultivating a hemp plant. Why the fuck is this even a story? Writer goes on to explain the healthy properties of cannabis seeds; what's the big deal about cultivating it? It won't even get people high.
What a bunch of propoganda. What's wrong with improving human nutrition?
