yep indoor from good mersh seed. I use a 1000w HPS with a Hortilux bulb. I also use 4 foot flouros for vegging and seedlings. I have a Teklight T5 HO 4 bulb unit and also vasrious T8 fixtures and some are overdriven by 2x.

wow sounds pretty intense there! i got one 150 watt hps light but 10 dont know how to hook it up and 2) dont want the electric bill to jump.
The heavy rain has stopped and it was really nice out after i was done with work i spotted by my plants, picked a few of the male flowers, now i think they are acctually seeds cuz some had hairs coming from them but its actually budding up its really nice looking! gunna look into a digital camera so i can upload some pics thatd be cool.

Yeah, removing fan leaves stress the plant. This is especially bad during budding. The only good time to remove them is a day or two before harvest. That is only to speed things up though, and its really pointless unless you have a whole whip of pot.
Your problem with bud size has little to do with the fan leaves and more to do with a 150W HPS, or did you say they were outdoor (which is still a light issue, I bet). Get at least a 400W HPS for a closet. You can buy one with the ballast built in to the reflector. All you have to do is plug it into the socket. $200 buck from our sponsor RVF . You bill is not going to increase dramatically with one 400W bulb.
And for god's sake, ditch the herm! I noticed you said a "few" male flowers. Just wait. You'll miss a couple, only to find yellow dust all over the plant. You'll have weak stringy buds before its over, that probably won't even get milky.

theres the pics. the first one is the hermi. i really dont want to cuz its my baby and is looking so nice( I'm thinking moving it to a new location, but Ive been picking all the male flowers off but I'm a newb so ill listen to you guys!) i took 2 pics of both plants a top view and side view of each wuld have got closer but my cam is cheap and it was all blurry.
ill probably get the 400watt hps when i move out and plug it in right away so it looks like thats how much electric i use, i dont really have a place inside for a garden here so there outside plants as you can see in the pic in my corn field.( theres a pumpkin in one pic! )

hermie flowers usually show up first at the bottom of the plant and hidden under the buds. They can be hard to spot until it's too late sometimes.

Exactly cpw. Thats why I think picking male flowers off herms is a waste of time.
BTW does anyone here grow strains like Bull Rider that are slightly herms. I just was reading an HT article that went into some detail about them. Neat strain.....

i believe all these are top 44, unless i got one or two outta a bag from a couple years ago?
The male flowers where at the bottom than i waited to see extaly if it was male or female, by that time the plant was full grown and ready to bud(not sure why its only like a foot and a ahalf or smaller) but than i ripped all the bottom male floers off and left the females at the top. its only really like two buds at the top.
The other two are top44 and they are almost full grown but im not sure how far they are in to budding, if you go by when i saw first signs at the nodes it would be about two weeks i wanna say.

will do, that bud was already smoked haha between 4 to 5 people all got baked outta our minds!
still have a couple plants and one more bigger bud off this plant still rippen up out in the garden!;)
thought you guys might like these pics!

this plant yielded 7 grams dried, which isnt bad i think for how small it was two buds that wieghed about an eigth each. i got 18 seeds off this one for next year too! two more plants left they may take up to a couple more weeks to ripen up yet.. will post pics when that happens!
