Check out what i bought today for about the equivalent of about $60USD, this guy was selling his collection because he was going overseas. He just wanted them gone, to a good home. Poor guy was gutted to be leaving his pride and joy behind..
1= T. bridgesii
2= T. peruvianus v. Matucana
3= T. bridgesii
4= Unknown, seeds were labeled as 'Pachanoi' when he bought them - the grown specimen has spines much bigger than the TB's - possible Santensis or Longispina..
5= T. peruvianus 'short spined'
6= Another unknown, the guy i bought it off suggested macro X scopulicolus 
7= T. macrogonus
8= Unknown - probably some sort of T. peruvianus
Matucana madisoniorum
KK242 cuttings from the mother plant - freekin huge.
Im pretty fucken stoaked with them, i wanted to buy alot more but there was only so much room in my car and its a 2hr drive

Very nice, You should have borrowed his hose pipe, sprayed the soil, off the roots wrapped the plants up in news paper, from the closest store, and packed as many as you could in your trunk and back seat. I kid you not I would have tied them to my roof if I had to.
I'm drooling scruffy, those plants are lovely.
I'm sure you chose the best ones.

I was thinking about just filling my car to the brim with cacti but pretty much all had massive spikes and i didnt want any deep set rot from them spiking each other.
I keep thinking "man i should have taken more, damnit" but im sure it was a good decision. I basically want a care free outdoor garden that i can leave while i go traveling - space isnt really a issue here but i just dont want a retardedly massive garden. Mum can look after my lophs lol. I think i got a good cross-section of his collection atleast.
The ones i left behind.. All the outdoor ones i had to leave, except a few cuttings off the KK242. I Got about a third of his glass-house collection.
Short-spined T. peruvianus in foreground - only 4 years old! And a truely massive KK242 cluster behind. Small T. pascana down back and to the right an unknown Trich.
Unknown again. Juul's giant in TR corner.
Another unknown, im thinking a long-spined pedro x peruvianus and a T. bridgesii

Yea poor guy, but he decided to move He isnt even moving for a job. Hes just going there to see what comes up lol - so theres a good chance it may all be in vain for him 
CPW - unless you have a flying car i think you might have trouble driving there
Karma? Well i have been trying my best to be good recently.. I put my score down to the all-knowing all-seeing all-infinite cacti-god, pickle surprise - for knowing i will take good care of these spirits.
