Will this make a pretty decent system guys?
Will mainly be used for work, I don't play games and stuff like that.

Mainly for inventory and running accounting software. Other than that just internet and music.

Where are you getting the parts? If it's at an actual store they will easily point you to the right power supply.
The parts you've listed will EASILY run Exel/MYOB ect.
Just make sure you get a good sized Hard drive.
Do you know much about comps?

Hellz yeah I did. 
You may want to consider a different hard drive. I've had bad experiences with Western Digital in the past (but that's just me). And that drive is listed as 5400 to 7200 rpm. Not quite sure what that's all about, but I wouldn't go for a drive that is less than 7200rpm.
Also, if your data is going to be really important, I'd go for 2x250GB drives instead of 1x500GB. Or maybe even 4x250GB in some sort of RAID array (you'd have to ask in S&T about which array).

I'm not sure what the different rpm thing is either.
As for the data I have an 80gb drive I was going to use for the operating system, I was basically gonna use the 500gb drive for the Quickbooks program and inventory.
I'll try and google about the "Raid" thing you speak of because I have no idea what that means.

Well hell I guess I need to get another hard drive now. It says they need to be the same.
I think RAID 1 is what would be best for me, right?

I'm not really sure to tell you the truth, thats why you'd be better off asking in S&T. I've never had to build a system that needed a RAID array. I do know that you can set them up so that if one drive fails, your data is safe on the other drive that (hopefully) didn't fail.
