btw,
frothing/foaming/bubbling has stopped but if i add sugar it fizzes that would mean yeast stillalive hence alc % low right?

your hooch was contaminated by common airborne bacteria. you dont have very good procedure.
and from as many hooch threads as ive seen you post lately, id say youd be better off just buying your alcohol.

which means i should drinkmy hooch soon...
it's almostbeen over a month n it's already as acidic as vinegar n not gettin me even close to buzzed let alone drunk...

it has not been a month i dont think
and whatever alcohol your yeast produces, a bacterial contaminant turns it into vinegar, so theres probably no alcohol in your brew
YOUR BREW CONTAMINATED, DONT DRINK IT
please do some reading on how to brew
