The good prescription ones aren't sedating. If you want a sedative antihistamine, get some benedryl OTC

but i already me a script...
lookin for an alternaive so i don't get tolerant

go with everyone else and get some benadryl. i've taken it the last two nites and it works wonders. i'm actually only taking it for sleep
