OK, here's one.
I started dating this girl in the fall and since we didn't know eachother too well, or eachothers history, we were using condoms every time.
We were using magnums, but I have a really thick penis, and a prominent vein on the "top" side of it? like, the side away from your balls.
Condoms always hurt me, but I guess we just had sex one too many times this one week and something happened to the vein. Like, it blew up or something.
Ever since then, my penis has hurt in that area steadily throughout the day, and it worsens whenever I have an orgasm or get an erection. The vein is slightly larger and seems to branch out a little more now.
I went to my family doctor, who referred me to a urologist, who basically dismissed me and said I could come back if the pain continued after a month.
Well, the pain continued, but the dude was such a bitch I didn't want to return.
What should I do? There's a constant slow pain in my dick that's been there since November. The vein bothers me.

well something like that you should really go back and see the doc but not that one that was a bitch find a better one if you want i can help you with that to because sex should be enjoyed and you should never be in pain like that. But in the mean time you should take it slow and if the magnums are still to small and squeezing your dick it is going to earatate that vain you should get a bigger size they make them bigger than magnums i know my husband use to have to use them because magnums hurt his dick but we are married now and don't have to worry about it

Sorry for stealin the response dark, but I'm gonna jump on this one.
Burst veins in the penis are pretty common apparently, so I can see why the doctor shrugged you off (it's happened to me at least a half dozen times). But it should have healed in less than a week. Have you been avoiding using the "effected area?" If not you should. If you have been letting it heal, now is the time to see a doc.
PS: The condoms shouldn't really be causing burst veins. They're caused by too much pressure. If you're taking viagra, stop. Otherwise, I guess it's just a hazard of the game.

We haven't used condoms since the fall. We stopped having sex for like a month while she got on the pill and then just did it raw since then, but I still have continuous pain.
I'll think about going to the doc again. It's just embarrassing, because I'm sure in the end, they're not going to do anything about it.

Oddly I was surfing my favorite OMC and stumbled upon a thread by a user with less than a hundred posts offering sex advice so he or she could help others, then I forgot where I was because it was so out of place. Why do people need advice on sex...how about trust and communication, confidence and love?

There is a severe lack of literacy skills in this thread  .
I always thought sex was pretty intuitive... Tab A goes into slot b (or slot c depending on your preference), then think un-sexy thoughts for 30 minutes until your partner is a quivering heap and then nut on their face  .
