sida cordifolia
ephedra

kola nut
yerba mate
guayasa
b. caapi
catuaba
iporuru
lagochilus
mulungu
pedicularis densiflora, many other psychoactive pedicularis varieties
rivea corymbosa
scotch broom
sinicuichi
wild lettuce
Voacanga
wormwood
Nicotiana glauca
nicotiana rustica
brugmansia
Cyperus articulatus (piri piri)

Then there's tons of adaptogens, and herbs used in chinese medicine and indian medicine and such.  Don't think they are very popular to grow though.

Thanks neon =]

So if you grew just a few random poppy plants with some of these plants but the cops didnt know what the plants were you wouldnt get in shit?

Chances are if they are looking through your plants in the first place they are suspicious as it is i spose. o--o

its all about intent man...
its the same in england, poppy plants are legal to grow unless they can prove that you are growing them as a means of producing opium...
if you are found to be growing illegal psychoactive plants (mj for example) in conjunction with poppies, under the law it is reasonable to assume that you are growing the poppies as a means of producing drugs also...

Edit: Nevermind, im an idiot XD

I found the legend on the bottom to tell me what the fireball meant

No problem.  I forgot to add, brugmansia belongs on the potentially deadly list.

EDIT: you should put a note by opium poppies that its illegal if you grow them to use, theyre only legal to grow as an ornamental flower, and to sell for flower arrangements and crafts
