 Making username clickable in PM form

is there any way we can make the username in the PM form clickable so it directs to the users profile?
sometimes i want to check their trade rating or journal while in the middle of writing a PM.

while i'm asking for things. is there any way we can make the upload picture feature allow you to highlight multiple pics and it automatically insert them so we dont have to click browse,select,open for every picture? I'm guess i'm lazy.
