the ad banners are displaying even with the setting turned off. i enabled and re disabled but there they still are.

Sorry about that guys, I forced them on briefly when I was trying to track down the cause of an unrelated problem. I thought I restricted it to my IP only, but I see I didn't. Anyway it's fixed now.
