 wide characters in the user title

i can't change my password because it claims my title is too long. it isn't really, but when i try to save it encodes the wide-chars causing them to turn to: & #2325;& #2371;& #2359;& #2381;& #2339;,LOL (spaces added to stop it from decoding in this post). am i completely screwed if i want to keep this title and i'll never be able to change my password, or can something be done about this?

Should be fixed, I just forgot to decode the HTML entities before checking the string length.
