i have a few more plants i would like to id so instead of wastefully taking up my post count, i'll stick em all in one thread! i will be posting more plants in the morning. (these are plants that i think look like psychoactive ones if you hadn't realized, and i smudged and blurred the background out with GIMP.(bad editing i know.))
looks like a nightshade family, datura mabye? it has thorns on stem and "berries" that look nightshade-ish.

Actually, it's Pothos, not Pathos.
And the first plants have Datura shaped leaves, thats for sure. Spines on the flesh aren't typical of Datura though. And the flowers aren't even close.

same plant, looks like catha edulis,
its an evergreen, not sure what seeds look like atm

No man, not even close. I have seen those exact species of plants before, they're commonly used for landscaping around Atlanta.
