 the yearning for psychedelics

i'm sure most of you have felt it.
the last time i tripped was over a year ago and i was happy and content and still curious from my experiences from mushrooms. lately i've been feeling a pull towards them again, whereas for a year i was like "meh, not yet."
it isn't like "oh i wanna trip balls and get fucked up" but more like a subconsciously some clock is ticking down towards the next encounter.

For me it'll start as a faint itch in the back of my mind, and with time that itch rises to a summons beckoning me home.

I find that lurking this board and reading the posts here can make that itch grow pretty quickly. I've yet to try psychedelics, though I'm willing, and I find that reading this board makes me even more anxious and excited for my first trip, whenever that will be. Until then, I'll keep learning.

Yeah I haven't tripped since last November, but I have been feeling a calling too. I am not sure if I want to yet, but that yearning is def there.

I think about psychedelics and yearn for them every day. However, my trips take so much energy out of me, b/c of my high doses, so I wait anywhere from 1-4 months in between. Psychedelics teach us so much. It's important to take time in between doses to study what we had learned but it's also important to keep coming back.

I always feel the urge, but I know well enough when I should or should not do it. Usually I'll succumb once every 6 months or so these days. I've tripped once this year on acid, a few times on RC's but I don't really count RC experiences, theyre more up there with pills or whatever.
But my time is building up, planning a big one (first dmt breakthrough) sometime in the next month or so with some mushrooms. I think I've learned to live by moderation a lot, as I was getting burnt up pretty quickly.

I know the feeling. I tripped last Oct. and that seems like an eternity ago. It was only one paper hit, but it was pretty stellar really I mean for one hit of plain white blotter. I've heard alot of people say they can taste acid or it numbs their tongue or whatever, I have never noticed this ever though. It is always tasteless usually the few times I had good hits, I was always looking for a taste. Come to find out I guess a bitter taste is bad or so I read on here. Anyways I just knocked up some jars. I know the time is soon though. Good things come in time.

I ate some shrooms on friday night/saturday night when i was absolutely fucked up on alcohol, i dont know whether i should count it... :P it was a twisted trip

Yeah i'm there, the last couple of weeks i've been really yearning for some quality LSD, hopefully gonna partake in a couple of solo tabs next weekend and soak up some sun and nature. cannot. fucking. wait. I like to trip every 2 or 3 months

I love the feeling of really wanting a deep trip. It feels like such a natural urge when it hits me, it's like I realise that unknown thing that I am always looking forward to is a psychedelic experience.

im not always in the mood to because im so sensitive to them, they keep me enlightened for awhile.... maybe my constant marijuana use is the reason for that.
