Don't sweat it bro. I save the trays I get from Chinese delivery and use them for subs. They have black bottoms with clear lids. I sterilize the hell out of them and they work great.

I prefer to use peiwei trays for my casings......
Those take out trays with the black bottoms and the clear lids are the best thing for casings.

good idea on those chinese food-looking trays, i've been trying to come up with ways lately to cut down on expenses on certain items. those look like a good idea. Also, casings lookin' good! :P
