It sounds like you are experiencing a kind of 'spiritual crisis', which may have many causes. It may be that the way you have grown up has diverged from the path your soul should take, or that you are ready to undertake the growth necessary for enlightenment. It is possible that you are experiencing schizophrenic symptoms, and it is also possible that you are being contacted by discarnate entities.
Whatever the cause, here are my two cents.
Know that a positive entity will never push you against your will. No helping spirit will ever hurt a human being. Nor will a helping spirit try to force you into a direct course of action. Rather, helping spirits help you to make sense of a situation, when making sense of a situation will advance your growth. If a voice seems to come from outside, think about what it is saying. What is it's intent? If, on reflection, you believe the voice intends for you to do things that hurt another human or yourself, be assured that it is not a positive entity.
Thus, it must be either a hurting spirit, or a result of a psychological disorder. It is far more likely to be a psychological disorder. Hence, seek medical advice. Conventional medicine aims to manage symptoms. You can take advantage of symptom management to heal your mind in the medium long term (suggestions on this part are below).
If, finally, you are fully convinced that there is a harmful entity attached to you, most mystical traditions have ways to deal with these. Religous Exorcists, spiritual healers, reiki practitioners and shamans are possible directions of research for you.
As a last resort, know that there are ways to shut off your inner sight. This will happen if you desire it to be so.
I recommend you start your healing by creating a holistic system for yourself, working from several cross-informed disciplines at once.
- Try Reiki (or another energy-body healing system.) Go to a reiki healer and get a healing appointment, and if you feel it is for you, get an attunement. The Reiki master who attunes you should also train you. There are free distance attunements online but these can be overwhelming, and from the sounds of it, you need stabilising in order to outgrow your current experience.
- To complement this, take up one form of the bodily arts: T'ai chi, yoga, wing chun and Qi Gong would all suit you as they are 'internal' arts which help to integrate the physical self.
- Look into Transpersonal Psychology, an outgrowth of classical psychology that aims to help people self-repair their psyches and then transcend normal mental functioning (a free text I have used is "Transforming the Mind" by Peter Shepherd. I can get you this if you PM me, or work with Sheherd's website, www.trans4mind.com).
Also:
Remain open to traditional medicine to manage any symptoms of mental illness you are exhibiting.
Avoid psychedelics until you feel you have resolved enough of your problems to safely navigate ego loss.
Be aware that in Eastern cosmologies, psychic phenomena are an undesired side effect of the alignment of self that occurs during enlightenment (transcendence). Growth comes first, and as you grow you will lose your desire to exhibit psychic phenomena. Being a truth is far more powerful than doing a truth.
Within cosmologies involving reincarnation, it is believed that the unlearnt lessons of a past life inform the present life. Be open to the possibility that your soul is an eternal entity that learns over many lifetimes. This learning is the purpose of life, and lessons are learnt when your choices in this life reflect your highest ideals. If you are having flashbacks to a past life, it may be because you have strayed from the path your soul needs to take in order to heal itself.

They put out a catalog with books that teach you clairvoyance. One book "You are Psychic" is just $14.95.
