>>>>I can tell you that seeing as you've come this far, your purpose in life is to lose the ego.
Perhaps. It's the only long term goal I have.

Still, I see possibility in having a "mission" in life that requires doings. It's just that thinking about it doesn't produce direction. I need direction first.
I work weekends, so I'll probably eat some cubes Monday evening. I'll smoke a bowl of chronic for you tomorrow though.

Sweet.
I really understand what your talking about with the sense of having a mission that requires doing, & the thinking doesn't actually help this doing get done.
We all have a mission & a purpose but the sense that there is someone who fullfills this purpose is what makes it seem hard to fullfill, the thought that its "me" who does is what makes life a struggle because there is no "me" who does anything, everything just happens.
If someone asked me whats the point of life id say, everything just happens, because this is ultimately very true, everything just happens but there is no-one doing it, it just happens. From nothing everything happens, but the everything is always included in the nothing, so nothing actually ever happens. The mind finds this unsatisfactory because its the mind that has the sense "i make it happen"

I feel that there is a SELF. Like a natural human essence that is stacked over with layers of learned strategies, mostly egoic.
Yes.
Or like it unravels and you have choices to direct a real current of raging thought, emotion, and action.

But is this human essence only human, the Self is in all beings and is actually formless, this may sound nuts so ill word it differently, can the Self be seen objectivley or is it not the see-er? Which means the Self is not an object, so it is formless presence.
I feel like im throwing tons of concepts at you man, my intuition is telling me to be quiet now so im out for 2day.
Just stay as the awareness of every single tiny little thing that happens, but effortlessly.

What's wrong with being untrustworthy? Is that a question? Yes. The question is futile. Were I to say that I am incapable of trust how would you know if I was being trustworthy or not?

Why does that sound nuts...?? I've always thought of Self as pre-thought. Formless presence... That sounds good. Doesn't really sound nuts, imo.

Kay...??!!

Yes, master...
I don't know why we don't get along well. I always feel that you are speaking from some lofty vantage point. The 'concepts' that you 'throw' at me are not that 'nuts.'

I have heard it said that if you cannot trust yourself, how can you trust your mistrust of yourself?

I've definitely got trust issues... With myself and others, girls, family, doctors, and friends...
