ok so my friends told me last night after consuming some mushrooms i was trippin pretty hard. i got up to walk around because i could feel these vibes like something was going to happen. so when i got up my friends threw those poppers at me. it was weird how you can feel those vibes.
anyway, they said after that i sat down in a chair and i had a seisure. like my whole body tensed up. i guess i kicked my pop over and it was like "opposite of fetal position" like my neck was bent back and my legs were straight. During this time all i saw was black, and then i heard
"should we get him off the porch?"
and then i could see my friends. we got off the porch and then i experienced all the vibes again. its like i had esp during this trip. I KNEW what people were thinking and feeling. it was insane.
but wtf does everyone experience this seisure episode? it was my first time tripping...and i dont want to again if im going to have a bigger seisure..it scared my friends

Don't shroom again until you figure out why they happened.

How much did you eat? Sounds pretty scary to me. Do you take any medication? Were you using any other drugs at the time? A seizure is serious business. If you can't pinpoint the cause and you think it was the shrooms, you may want to stay away from them for a while, or dose lightly until you get a feel for things.

if there wasnt anything wrong with the mushrooms i wouldnt rule out the possibility that you have epilepsy...a lot of people go most their lives without discovering that they are epileptic until something triggers it, often prescriptions that lower seizure threshold. or you coulda just been tripping really hard

Epilepsy triggered by shrooms? I guess it's possible. I would think that something else would have triggered it long before. Like a strobe light or video game. There are lots of posts about people having seizures on shrooms though. Maybe you should read through some to help shed some light.
Well I read some for you. It seems that petit and grand mal seizures can be triggered by shrooms. Maybe you should go to the doc. If anything for peace of mind. Don't do shrooms again until you do so. The next time could be serious or fatal.

seizures are not that uncommon with lsd and mushrooms. in a study done in the 60s, 150 people were given lsd and 3% of them had seizures.

I can't tell what that would be as far as grams. It looks like a small dose to me. If that small amount gave you a seizure that's bad news. See the doc. Don't mention you were doing mushrooms, just that you think you may have had a seizure while hanging out with friends. They can probably do some tests to see if you are prone to them. Maybe it wasn't a seizure at all. Maybe you just blacked out. I wish you the best man. Hope you get it figured out.

ive blacked out before, where you see all the black dots and shit, and that happened right before i walked to the chair and sat down. but would that make my body tense up?

but seriously, all i was doing is smoking 3 big blunts of some regular pot and those booms. i didnt eat all day either tho.
should i maybe eat next time? i dont wanna die from shrooms, but i loved the feeling!

ive seen tons and tons of people seizure off of every drug
shrooms, acid, e, RCs
anything stressful causes seizures
the drugs lower ur seizure threshold
so just take it ez next time
trust me its very common it just means ur body cant take what ur mind wants

epilepsy isn't always caused by flashing strobe lights, there are millions of different of kinds of epilepsy.
I have heard of other people experiencing seizures while on mushrooms. I would recommend not taking shrooms as seizures can be very dangerous to your health and have the possibility to cause irreversible damage.
A friend of my mine has a particular kind of epilepsy, he has had close to 10 seizures in his life and has lost a lot of his hearing.
Until you are absolutely sure you know the cause I would stay away from shrooms.

well thats sound advice but i dont reccomend total cessation from shrooming
just take it easier and EAT SOMETHING be4 hand
and sleep definitely helps ALOT too
