I wouldn't insult him at first. I'd call him up and tell him he ripped you off and that he should make it right. What I'd do next depends on his answer I guess. Do you know where he lives? Because that would be some hardcore leverage.
Not that I advocate resorting to violence over some weed, but that's fucked on his part.

thats what i first thought,if a dealer gets stuck with some shit it has to get smoked away too but you tell them so they know next time
