 Lump in my throat maybe from hash oil? Help?

So for the last three days i have had a lump in my throat but it does appear to be something. It moves above and below my Adam's apple. When i swallow it travels downward but then slowly floats back up.. It is beginning to be a pain. I don't have much money at the time so i am reluctant to see a doctor until it really starts to bother. It is quite bearable right now, i just need to keep my mind off of it.
It started when i was given a few grams of hash oil and i started smoking it with weed mixed. I usually smoke it straight but i usually make it myself as well. I am pretty sure they used a lower grade butane not the 5X+ refined like i use.
Anyone been in the same boat or have some helpful words?

hey man. more than likely its just stress/being tired. I had this a few weeks ago and it lasted a few days. Really started to freak me out, but then just sorta went away. Try to take it easy, and if it doesn't go away after a loonng period of time, i'd say get it checked out

yeah hearing that It's sounds like its just stress. Really fucking weird feeling though isnt it? bugged the hell out of me for a good week and a half. Once i started to de-stressify it got a lot better and eventually went away completely.

eh it was finals week and I had like 3 projects due. Had an average sleep of like 4-5 hours a night which, at least for me, is nowhere NEAR what is required.

Could be a swollen lymph node or something... I just had the ones in my armpits all swollen... It sucked. They swell during or after an infection sometimes, and they go away eventually.

WOW that sucks. I am pretty sure i don't have that, though. It is definately in my throat and usaully below my adams apple. Good to know though........
