just one of those things that go REALLY well with drugs so i figure some of you should be enjoying your body that way...
i've had a wonderful trip while on a very high feaver recently, i had a monster head ache to pass so's i can sleep. i started thinking about my Yoga training and all the breathing techniques i've learned... started moving with my breath and had many revelations (4 AM my perents kitchen having not slept more then 4 hours for the past three days)
so....... anyone practecing Yoga?
