Haha, I did not physically cry, for that is something that I just can't do these days. I did cry inside, though.
I explained to you why I 'cried'. I was deeply moved, and I just explained to you why.
Your own life is obviously always very personal to you in everyway. When something comes up that gets very personal with you, in a way that you feel something that you always believed was bigger than you, comes down and tells you that you have your head in the right place, is a very rewarding feeling.

Wow, man. I had that sleep paralysis before, but i never heard of it. I thought it was something I only had. My episodes were similar to yours, but I have them for several minutes(don't know how long, and I usually go back to sleep,or just unconscious again(don't know how long) several times in the night until i actually wake up. It's crazy, and it scares the shit out of me. I had them on and off, long intervals, since I was kid. My last one was last year.
I think you're just trippin' out.

I've experienced sleep paralysis for as long as I can remember.
I talked to some witches about it about half a year ago. They told me that when you feel things touch you, breathe on you or anything of that sort, while seeing shadows, that these are ghosts.
I don't know. It's always very terrifying... well, it used to be until I learned how to 'get rid of 'em'. Salt water baby! I haven't had any intense sleep paralysis episodes since then.
But, since that salt+water trick, I did experience the alien thing, and in my opinion, through years of experience, aswell as what I actually saw here, I can confidently say that besides the paralysis, this was the furthest thing from sleep paralysis!
Again, Ive experienced sleep paralysis for many years. When it happens, I know. This alien thing was nothing like it. It was not familiar to me in anyway. I wasn't even able to wiggle my body like I can during my usual SP. I sensed things stirring about in my room, aswell as the blueish hue was definately reminiscent of some 'work' going on. The loud controlled mechanical buzzing was one of a kind. Everything felt 'outside' of my body. Basicaly, in a convo with bob, the part that describe the little machines projecting images and paralyzing people was straklingly similar to what I felt I experienced. That's why I was so moved. It basicaly outlined what I had been trying to express when I originally posted my alien experience. Coincidence or what?
